Comey Clothing Pvt. Ltd. is a growing apparel and customized clothing company catering to corporate, retail, and bulk order segments. We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced freelance HR Recruiter to support our regular hiring needs.

We are seeking a Freelance HR Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment on a regular basis. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions across sales, operations, production, design, accounts, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements and hiring needs from management

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and own network

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with management

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements

Ensure timely closures and quality hiring

Share regular recruitment status updates

Positions to be Recruited

Tele Sales Executives / Sales Executives

Production & Operations Staff

Graphic Designers

Accounts & Admin Roles

Other roles as required from time to time

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (freelance or full-time)

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Ability to hire for multiple profiles simultaneously

Good communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with recruitment portals and social hiring

Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines

Compensation

Per closure / per hire basis (to be mutually discussed)
