Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Staffing Needs Assessment:

Confer with management to identify current and future staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize job portals, professional networking sites, social media, and referral programs to source suitable candidates for open positions.

Screening & Interviewing:

Screen incoming resumes, application forms, and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to evaluate candidates.

Hiring Manager Collaboration:

Act as a liaison with hiring managers, providing updates, candidate feedback, and market insights.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Operations:

Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS), keep accurate candidate records, and manage administrative tasks.

Offer Management:

Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and answer candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits.

Onboarding:

Coordinate pre-boarding steps and facilitate the seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

Metric Tracking:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, generating reports to inform strategic adjustments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree is often preferred, and an HR or technical background can be an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruiting is frequently required.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for record-keeping and reporting.

Soft Skills:
