Responsibilities:
- Source and shortlist candidates for various HR positions
- Manage job postings on various platforms
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Coordinate with clients and candidates
- Manage recruitment metrics and reporting
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in recruitment tools and software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Timely submission of candidate profiles
