Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and processing candidates
Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
Sourcing candidates using job portals
Assessing candidates' skills and professional details over the phone
Scheduling interviews and checking references
Attracting qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, etc.
