We are seeking

experienced freelance recruiters

with a background in

Gulf recruitment (Saudi, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain)

to join our growing recruitment network.

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for

overseas job openings

, primarily in the Gulf region. This is a

commission-based role

with high earning potential for each successful candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for Gulf job requirements Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining Use your database, network, or online platforms to find candidates Coordinate interviews and assist with documentation Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until deployment

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in Gulf recruitment (through a manpower or overseas agency) Strong understanding of

blue-collar and mid-level roles

(construction, oil & gas, MEP, healthcare, etc.) Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Knowledge of visa, documentation, and mobilization procedures is a plus

Compensation:

Commission-based

(per candidate joining) No fixed salary Performance-based incentives for high closures Timely monthly payouts
