HR Recruiter for SME

Experience:

2 to 8 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) team Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and timelines Prepare and validate s (JDs) aligned with organization structure and grading Source candidates through multiple channels:
Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Employee referrals

Recruitment agencies

Direct sourcing and networking

Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews Manage offer process including salary fitment, negotiation, and offer rollout Coordinate background verification (BGV) and documentation Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and joining follow-ups Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards Ensure adherence to company policies, hiring budgets, and timeline

Salary:

Rs. 25000 (Varies with Experience)
