Position - HR recruiter (For a very popular D2C Food brand) based in Raipur

Location: Raipur (Urla)

Work from office - 6 days working

Key responsibilities:-

Strategy and planning:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies, create hiring plans, and forecast staffing needs to align with organizational goals.

Sourcing and screening:

Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and employee referrals to source candidates and build a talent pipeline. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals.

Recruitment and selection:

Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Hiring manager collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, specifications, and workforce requirements.

Candidate experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding:

Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated into the company.

Metrics and reporting:

Analyze recruitment data to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and create reports for senior management.

Management:

Potentially supervise junior recruiting staff and provide coaching for their career advancement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
