Understand hiring requirements from internal teams or clients
Draft and post job advertisements on portals and social media platforms
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social networks
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers (Excel/ATS)
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (offer to onboarding)
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Prepare and share recruitment MIS reports on a regular basis
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines
