Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in the Food & Beverages/Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews for various hospitality roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for F&B and hospitality positions. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases. Manage onboarding formalities for selected candidates. Assist in other HR activities when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings. Familiarity with recruitment tools and portals. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
