Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions across the organisation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions and strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Min 1 year of work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
