2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings.
3. Head hunting through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking in similar industries.
4. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience
5. Organize and attend job fairs, industry conferences, and networking events to promote open positions and the company.
6. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively target potential candidates
