\xc2\xb7 Sourcing resumes from various sources Employee Referrals, job portals, ads and company website job postings..
\xc2\xb7 Screening the candidates through telephonic conversation, for their communication skills, personality profile and attitude for the assignment..
\xc2\xb7 Handling all the requirements for all the levels.
\xc2\xb7 Negotiating the Salary according to Company Standards..
\xc2\xb7 Follow-Up the short-listed Candidates till they join the Company..
\xc2\xb7 Closing many critical requirements in Multinational Companies..
\xc2\xb7 Should be Familiar with complete life cycle of the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
