The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to offer stage)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and prepare hiring reports
Extend job offers and support salary negotiations within guidelines
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Promote employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Required Qualifications
Master's & Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for multiple roles or departments
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
