The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract, identify, and hire top talent. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The recruiter also contributes to employer branding initiatives and improves hiring processes to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate records.
Communicate proactively with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare job offers and support onboarding activities as needed.
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline strength) and propose improvements.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and ATS software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience recruiting in [industry/sector].
Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing.
