to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
Assist in employer branding initiatives and job fairs
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with night shift
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [industry-specific] recruitment
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage
