Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented

HR Recruiter

to manage end-to-end recruitment across various departments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, sourcing talent through different channels, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Location:

Kadakpada, Kalyan (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening:

Source potential candidates from job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

Recruitment Coordination:

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback. Maintain proper candidate tracking and follow-up until closure.

Job Posting & Outreach:

Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Promote job openings and drive awareness through online channels and groups.

Database Management:

Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly. Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Onboarding Support:

Collect candidate documents, coordinate for offer rollout, and assist with onboarding formalities. Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Recruitment Reporting:

Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and dashboards. Track metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and selection ratio.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 0.6 - 2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in salon, retail, or service industry) Hands-on experience using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment tracking tools

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to blue-collar or volume hiring (like beauticians, hairstylists, telecallers, etc.) Familiarity with ATS or HR software is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
