Handling end to end recruitment cycle right from sourcing the potential candidates to joining formalities.
Conducting telephonic interviews with the candidates by briefing the job description and company profile.
Providing with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time.
Regular and constant follow up with the candidates regarding interviews schedules, documentation, salary negotiations, on-boarding and post joining.
Candidate will be recruiting Junior level to Senior level
Attending management meetings and preparing weekly reports
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company's organisation structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
