We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. If you excel at conducting interviews, crafting engaging job postings, and enhancing the employer brand, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source candidates via online platforms and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person).
Manage job postings on career pages, social media, and job boards.
Collaborate with hiring managers for role-specific requirements.
Develop assignments and tests for candidates.
Provide candidate shortlists and manage job offers.
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
