Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, update, and maintain employee files and HR records (joining forms, contracts, ID proofs, etc.). Draft and manage HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, and resignation letters. Maintain attendance, leave records, and ensure timely updates in the system. Support compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining proper documentation. Assist in audits by providing accurate HR data and reports. Coordinate with employees to collect required documents and resolve queries. Support HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities where documentation is required.

Skills & Requirements:



Graduate in HR/Business Administration (MBA HR preferred). Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance. Good communication and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
