HR Consultant

to manage recruitment processes and support clients. Perfect for fresh graduates or those with some HR/recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates via Naukri & other portals Call candidates and schedule interviews Manage recruitment cycle till joining Follow up for feedback

Requirements:

Any Graduate Strong communication skills Organized & proactive Prior recruitment experience is a plus
