We're Hiring - HR Recruiter (Female) | Rajkot, Gujarat

Infinity Group of Companies is looking for a smart, confident, and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring needs and coordinate with

HODs

for recruitment requirements Source, screen & shortlist candidates for

tech and non-tech roles (PAN India)

Manage the complete

recruitment lifecycle

- from sourcing to onboarding Work on multiple portals -

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed,

etc. Maintain a strong candidate database and ensure smooth communication
