Handling end-to-end recruitment process by exploring all the sources and close the positions within timeline. Exploring all the sources and databank of candidates through Portals, Databank, Social Medias, Contacting and visiting colleges and institutes, Agencies and calling the candidates for initial round of online interview, sending call letter for the interview and coordinate & line them up for the personal rounds technical & final interview till selection. Conducting personal interviews and coordinating with HODs and Directors for further rounds of interviews, documents verification, and reference checks. Maintaining and handling Recruitment Data management of all the open position and provide monthly MIS reports to management as per the requirement. Taking face to face interviews as well as arrange online interviews with the management as per needed for the middle level & lower level positions for both factory & head office. Taking Face to face interviews & if relevant forward candidate for techniqual round.
