We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
with 1-3 years of experience in
healthcare recruitment
, particularly in
labs or hospitals
. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of medical and paramedical roles and experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs across departments (e.g., pathology, nursing and administration).
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, and referrals).
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical rounds with concerned departments.
Draft and roll out offer letters, negotiate salary and ensure pre-joining formalities are completed.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and HR database.
Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring standards and accreditation requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a
healthcare, diagnostic lab, or hospital setup
.
Strong understanding of various healthcare roles (e.g. lab Technicians, Phlebotomist, Nurses, admin staff).
Proficient in using job portals Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
