Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Kiat Systems and Embedded Solutions. The role is based in Coimbatore and requires a full-time commitment. Ideal candidates will have between 1 to 3 years of HR recruiting experience. The Junior HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in supporting the companys recruitment efforts by utilizing modern recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process and track applicant progress effectively.
  • Experience in LinkedIn Recruiting, leveraging the platform to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Strong ability in Candidate Sourcing to discover skilled professionals through various recruiting techniques and platforms.
  • Experience with Interview Scheduling Software to efficiently coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Familiarity with Behavioral Interview Techniques to assess candidate competencies and fit for the organization.
  • Understanding of Diversity and Inclusion Strategies to promote a diverse workplace and support the company's inclusive values.
  • Experience with Talent Assessment Tools to evaluate candidate skills and potential contributions to the company.
  • Skilled in Social Media Recruiting, utilizing various platforms to connect with and recruit high-caliber talent.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop appropriate strategies to meet staffing objectives.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage job postings, process applications, and monitor candidate progress.
  • Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate the interview process, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication between candidates and interview panels.
  • Develop and implement social media and networking strategies to engage with potential candidates and strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Maintain relationships with potential candidates and strengthen employer branding through effective use of LinkedIn and other social networks.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment activities to senior management regularly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of diversity recruitment strategies to build diverse teams.
