Understanding the , Screening the resume, schedule interviews & follow-ups till candidates joining.
Job Posting ads & sourcing profiles from job portals, Bulk emailing to job-seekers, Social media, use of own database and referencing to source candidates.
Scheduling interview & update the status of the candidate after the interview.
Coordinate with client to get resume shortlisting, interview feedback, new openings or any offer / joining.
Maintaining database of the candidates and MIS on a regular basis.
Personal skills:
Good communication skill in English.
Good knowledge of MS-office, Internet browsing & email conversation.
Commitment for long term association & Punctuate.
