The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, screening, and onboarding of manpower such as housekeeping, security, technicians, and maintenance staff. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for Facilities Management roles (Housekeeping, Technicians, Electricians, Security, Supervisors, etc.).
Coordinate with site and operations managers to assess manpower requirements.
Prepare and post job openings on portals, social media, and local networks.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on project needs.
Maintain a talent database for skilled and semi-skilled workers.
Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation of new hires.
Support deployment planning, attendance coordination, and HR operations.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
Facilities Management / Manpower / Service Industry recruitment
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
