We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and client/candidate coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the job requirements from clients or internal stakeholders.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal database, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.
Follow up with candidates and hiring teams throughout the selection process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status reports.
Negotiate salary and ensure candidate joining as per agreed timelines.
Support in onboarding and documentation process, if required.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (experience in agency or consultancy is a plus).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Excel-based tracking.
