Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Management:
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports as needed.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to attract top talent.
Employer Branding:
Assist in promoting the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
