Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives (campus hiring, walk-ins, etc.)
Prepare offer letters and support joining formalities
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field (MBA HR preferred)
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Familiarity with job portals and ATS systems
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring strategies
Experience
6 months to 2 year of Experience required.
