Position Overview

We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter

to handle the end-to-end recruitment process across our business units. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a confident and professional demeanor, and a strong understanding of hiring practices.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

entire recruitment lifecycle

-- from sourcing and screening to onboarding. Source candidates through

job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback. Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports. Support

onboarding processes and HR coordination activities.

Ensure a

positive candidate experience

throughout the hiring process. Meet recruitment

targets and deadlines

efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Human Resources or a related field.

0-2 years of experience

in recruitment (preferably in multi-sector hiring). Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, professional

, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong

organizational and time management

skills.
