As an HR Recruiter Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our recruitment needs. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, with the opportunity for growth and career advancement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR role
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices
• Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates\' qualifications and cultural fit
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in MS Office
• Understanding of legal and ethical standards in recruitment

• Conducting job analysis to determine the desired skills, knowledge, and experience for each position
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networking
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on the job requirements
• Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and facilitating the selection process
• Assessing and evaluating candidates\' qualifications, skills, and culture fit
• Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• Preparing and presenting job offers to successful candidates
• Building and maintaining a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
