Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Recruit manpower using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, and LinkedIn. Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and close hiring requirements. Handle complete employee onboarding process including documentation and joining formalities. Maintain employee records and HR data. Manage payroll coordination and ensure timely processing. Ensure compliance with statutory and HR compliances (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.). Support HR operations in a manufacturing setup. Have expeience on working googlesheets and HRMS.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a manufacturing unit. Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and sourcing techniques. Knowledge of HR compliances and payroll processes. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring requirements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,411.61 - ?22,080.78 per month
