Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs Write compelling job descriptions and post them across job boards and career sites Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and networking events Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Manage the offer process, including salary discussions and onboarding coordination Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire Uphold compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and diversity standards

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,164.33 - ₹30,666.15 per month
