As a US Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your role involves ensuring the hiring process is efficient while providing a positive candidate experience.

Job Title : HR Recruiter / Executive (US Staffing Recruiter)

Job Location : Madhapur, Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (On-site).

Work Timing : 9.00 AM EST - 6.00 PM EST

Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Manage the offer process including salary negotiations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Knowledge on USA staffing document preparation like W4, W9, I-983, internal timesheets collection from consultants. Preparation on Offer letters, documentation staffing needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on US staffing. Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations. Knowledge on USA staffing document preparation like W4, W9, I-983, internal timesheets collection from consultants. Preparation on Offer letters, documentation staffing needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
