We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in healthcare recruitment. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet the hospital's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements from various departments (doctors, nurses, technicians, admin staff, etc.)
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the hiring plan.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Handle offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
Build a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
Support employer branding and employee referral programs.
Key Skills Required:
Strong understanding of healthcare job roles and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
