Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic
HR Recruitment Executive
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle--from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth on boarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and job applications based on required qualifications
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer negotiation and on boarding
Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline
Provide timely reports and updates on recruitment status to management
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0-1 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment is a plus
Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
