Manage the end-to-end recruitment process -- from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial screening, scheduling interviews, and follow up with candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers.
Support HR operations including offer letters, documentation, and induction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
Strong understanding of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver on time.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
