- HR Generalist - Night Shift (Core Recruitment Role)

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 - ?22,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

About the Role:

Intellgus is looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Generalist with hands-on expertise in core recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, while supporting day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Coordinate with department heads to close positions within defined timelines.

Handle job postings, offer rollouts, and candidate coordination.

Maintain recruitment trackers, employee data, and HR documentation.

Support employee engagement, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.

Assist in implementing HR processes and maintaining compliance records.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in core recruitment / HR generalist role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in sourcing, coordination, and documentation.

Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee management.

Skilled in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

Comfortable working in the Night Shift (3 PM - 12 AM).
