Manage the entire recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Focus on IT hiring for multiple roles across different domains.
Maintain candidate database and build a strong talent pipeline.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Handle basic HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
Support administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in
IT recruitment

Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms, job portals, and recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Willingness to take on administrative responsibilities in addition to HR tasks.
Based in Pune and available to work from office.
