Screen

resumes and conduct interviews to assess technical competence and cultural fit.

Coordinate

with hiring managers to align on job specs, interview process, and candidate profiles.

Manage ATS

updates, interview scheduling, feedback logs, and candidate pipelines.

Negotiate offers

including compensation, joining dates, and onboarding details.

Employer branding

support by promoting company culture and PEB capabilities.

Stay updated

on industry labor laws, PEB trends, hiring best practices.

Report

weekly/monthly recruiting metrics to the HR Leader.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree

in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years experience
