to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams.
Maintain and update candidate records using EXCEL
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process.
Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
Promote the company's employer brand through social media and recruitment events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or MSW.
[1-5]+ years of experience in recruiting.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems .
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles .
Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
