Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads to close positions on time.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus or bulk hiring drives when required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
Experience in IT and non-IT recruitment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn sourcing.
Knowledge of HR policies and basic HR operations is a plus.
Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
