Role Summary:

As an HR Executive at Upvoltage Solutions LLP, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end human resources functions. You will work closely with leadership to recruit top talent, foster a positive work culture, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Develop and post job descriptions

Screen resumes and conduct interviews

Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees

Employee Engagement & Culture:

Organize employee engagement activities and events

Support a healthy and productive work culture

Address employee queries and concerns

HR Operations & Compliance:

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Prepare HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, etc.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Performance & Training:

Assist in implementing performance review systems

Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions

Payroll & Attendance:

Manage monthly attendance, leave records

Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
