Understand manpower requirements from department heads and create job postings accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further interview rounds.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and final selection.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employer Branding
Support HR in creating engaging recruitment campaigns and job ads.
Promote the company's culture and values during candidate interactions.
Onboarding Coordination
Prepare offer letters and handle pre-joining documentation.
Coordinate with new joiners for smooth onboarding and induction.
Database & MIS
Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.
Generate weekly/monthly hiring reports for management review.
Compliance & HR Coordination
Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and labor laws.
Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for new employee setup.
