Job Description

An HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent to fill open positions within an organization. They manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs. Key responsibilities include creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. Core Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

Understand staffing needs and requirements for open positions.

Create and Update s:

Develop compelling descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract qualified candidates.

Source Candidates:

Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates.

Screen Resumes and Applications:

Evaluate applications to identify suitable candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Conduct Interviews:

Perform initial and follow-up interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate Interviews:

Schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members.

Negotiate Offers:

Extend job offers and negotiate compensation and benefits packages.

Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS):

Maintain accurate records of candidates and their progress through the hiring process.

Track Key Metrics:

Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Build Talent Pipelines:

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Onboarding:

Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Maintain Employer Brand:

Promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates. Familiarity with social media and online recruitment platforms.

Shift timing will be - 1:30pm to 9:30pm



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
