Job Description
.We are looking for HR Executive/ HR Recruiter with cross functional experience. Your role will be HR Generalist, you will have to handle Talent Acquisition, End to end recruitment cycle, Personal Files Management, Onboarding & Induction, Leaves & Attendance Management on HRMS, Payroll, Statutory Compliances, PMS, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, HR Budgeting, HR MIS, Full & Final Settlements, Grievance Handling and other HR Operations.Candidate with Pharma Background will be preferred.Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills.
- Advance Excel & PPT
- Familiarity with HRMS
- Great networking skills.
- Prior experience of transacting with online job portals, employee agencies and educational institutions.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and applicable laws.
- Well versed with the current developments in the HR Industry.
- Ability to study human behavior and understand human psychology.
- Prior work experience 2 - 6 years.
- Morning shift
