You will work closely with hiring managers, build strong relationships with candidates, negotiate offers, and maintain a candidate database/MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, source, and attract potential candidates for various roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and team members.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain and update candidate database / MIS.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software efficiently.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or higher in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or related field.
1 - 1.5+ years of experience in
staff recruiting
preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple priorities effectively.
