Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team at our Dombivli office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong ability to source and attract talent through various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

oHandle the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

oDevelop and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.

oSource candidates through databases, job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and other networking methods.

oSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

oMaintain a candidate database and generate regular recruitment reports.

oEnsure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

oCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

oManage and update HR trackers and MIS related to recruitment.

Requirements:

oBachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related field).

o1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

oStrong knowledge of various sourcing techniques.

oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

oAbility to work independently and under pressure.

oExperience with Excel and recruitment tools is a plus.
