Job Summary:
We at Hotel Sunstar Group are looking for the we are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Recruiter cum Process Coordinator to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting suitable candidates for various hotel departments and also coordinating key HR and operational processes to ensure smooth functioning. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking ability, and a strong understanding of hospitality work culture.
Key Responsibilities/ Recruitment Duties:
? Understand manpower requirements from various departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Security, Kitchen, etc.).
? Draft and post job openings on various platforms and networks.
? Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and agencies.
? Schedule interviews with department heads and collect interview feedback.
? Handle job offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
? Maintain a recruitment tracker and prepare regular hiring reports.
Process Coordination Duties:
? Coordinate with departments for smooth onboarding of new employees (uniforms, ID cards, lockers, induction, etc.).
? Track probation completion, appraisal dates, and training schedules.
? Maintain and update employee master data and personal files.
? Act as a communication link between HR and other departments for process updates or issues.
Skills and Requirement
:

? Qualification - 12th and Graduated from any stream.
? Minimum 6 -months experience in same departments (Optional)/ Fresher also welcome
? Writing, Speak and understand English.
? Knowledge about Emails and Job Portals.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
? Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
? Typing speed more than 30 wpm
