Understand hiring requirements for various departments and create clear job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal referral programs, and other channels
Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads
Maintain candidate databases, hiring reports, and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a smooth experience
Manage onboarding activities including document collection, offer letters, and joining formalities
Collaborate with management to plan hiring strategies and forecast manpower needs
Strengthen employer branding through job postings, social media, and employee engagement
Ensure a professional and candidate-friendly hiring process
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment platforms, and interview techniques
Ability to multitask and manage several open positions at once
Good organisational and follow-up skills
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining hiring data
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience
0-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
